Just saw your post about pomegranates! I just wanted to offer another way to do it in order to extract all the seeds, if you needed them to make chocolate fudge pomegranate cookies- fill up a large or medium sized mixing bowl with water (not too cold because you're going to be putting your hands in it!). Cut the pomegranate in fourths. Then put it in the water and start to break the seeds away from the skin. The skin will float and the seeds will sink, just scoop out the skins and drain!

What an awesome tip! I have most of the pomegranate from yesterday still in my fridge and I might try this (and of course cover the seeds in chocolate). Thank you!!
